The Discussion Group met for the last time this year on November 5th. This time we had no specific subject on which to concentrate our thoughts, so individual members brought up items or subjects of interest to them. As a result, we had a very entertaining mix of topics covered and views expressed - from American politics to the history of common expressions such as 'adding insult to injury'.

New members are always welcome but membership of Balwyn Community Centre is a prerequisite for continual attendance. It costs $16.00 to join the Community Centre.
