Ukulele Group

Also known as the Balwyn Strummers, the Ukulele Group offers members, partners, and friends the opportunity to learn and play the ukulele in a fun environment. Beginners are most welcome, and instruments are provided for you to try.

If you can't or don't want to play the ukulele, you are very welcome to come and sing along with the Group.

The group also performs at club functions, and at other venues, including a 'Thank You' concert for Yarrbat Place residents for allowing the group to rehearse there.

The Ukulele Group (Balwyn Strummers) meet on most Fridays, except for the days when the monthly Probus general meetings are held.

We would be very happy to have some new members in our group, especially if they like to sing, and/or they can play an instrument. 

We also welcome the wives/partners of club members to take part in our music making and singing.
