Tek-Talk & Woodies Group

Formerly called the "Woodies" (Woodwork and Home Maintenance Group), the Tek-Talk and Woodies Group meets on the Fourth Tuesday of the month.

A visit to a relevant place of interest is arranged for every second month.

On the alternative month, members meet at the Harp of Erin Hotel, High Street Kew East for a 'catch-up' and lunch.

On Tuesday 29th July, the fifth Tuesday of the month, we are going to a clockmaker’s workshop in Warrandyte.

There, Will Matthysen (right) designs and manufactures all his own clock components. Afterwards we will go for lunch in Warrandyte. He is not charging us, but I suggest we make a $5 per head donation. 

The plan is to meet in the Beckett  Park car park (Melway 46 G7 - top of Parring Road) at 9.30am to pool cars.
